You've got a big day coming, and you should get to stay excited about it. The rentals are the one part that should be boring: tent already up, level, and clean before the first guest parks, no delivery truck to chase, nothing pulling you away from the day itself. Boring is the product we sell.

Delivering that is a logistics job, and we treat it like one. Every event runs on a checklist: gear checked before it leaves, crew on site when we said, nothing left for you to chase. I've spent years working behind the scenes at planned events, so I know the difference between a setup that looks fine at noon and one that's still standing, level, and clean at midnight.

Javi is the other owner. We own every piece of gear, we write every quote ourselves, and the owner who quoted your event is the one who answers the phone about it. No ticket queue, no "let me check with corporate."

Reliable Rentals didn't start as a rental company. It started in 2024 with our own parties: gym events, company parties, birthdays, and everything in between. Renting the gear to everyone else is the part that's new. That means the equipment showing up at your event has been owner-used and owner-kept, not dragged through a stranger's wedding every weekend since 2015. It also means we're still building our name around here, one booking at a time, so your event gets our full attention.

The risk sits with us, not you. Cancel 30 or more days out and every dollar comes back. If we ever can't deliver equipment you reserved, you get a 100% refund, and that promise is written into the agreement you sign. Send the quote form and you'll have a real number the same day.
