Reliable Rentals is a two-person event rental company in French Camp, California. This page explains what information our website collects and what we do with it, in plain English, because that's how we'd want it explained to us.
What we collect
When you fill out our quote form, we ask for your name, email, phone number, event date, and the city or venue where your event will be. That's it. We don't ask for anything the quote doesn't need.
If you book with us, payment happens through our payment processor's secure invoice link. Your card number goes to the processor, not to us; we never see or store it.
What we do with it
We use your information to answer your quote request, prepare your rental agreement, and coordinate your event (delivery windows, permits, that kind of thing). We may text or email you about your own booking.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the services we need to run the business:
- Squarespace, which hosts this website and processes the quote form. Squarespace may set standard cookies and collect basic analytics (like page visits) when you browse.
- Google Workspace, which runs our email (reserve@reliablerentalsca.com).
- Our payment processor, when you pay a deposit or balance.
Seeing or changing your information
Email reserve@reliablerentalsca.com and we'll show you what we have, correct it, or delete it. There's no form or waiting period; a person reads that inbox.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our site doesn't change its behavior based on that signal, and we don't track you across other websites. Squarespace's standard analytics may still record your visit here; see their privacy policy for how their cookies work.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. For anything significant, we'll say what changed at the top.
