20 by 40 white tent rental with tables and chairs
This is our core package, and it’s built for the events people actually throw in the Valley: Weddings, quinceañeras, graduations, birthdays, and company parties.
What you get
The tent: 20 by 40 feet, 800 square feet of shade and cover, white top, full sidewalls you can open or close.
Walls matter here: they block wind in spring, sun in August, and rain when the forecast turns on you.
The tables: 10 round tables, 60 inches across. Each one seats 8 comfortably, 10 if your crowd is friendly.
The chairs: 100 white folding chairs, clean and matching.
The labor: We deliver, set up, and tear down. Setup is level and staked or weighted correctly, the same way I'd sign off a job site.
What it costs
Events past 50 miles add $10 per mile, and we tell you that number in the quote before you commit to anything.
A deposit holds your date; we'll confirm the amount and payment schedule in your quote.
$1,000 flat
That seats up to 100 guests in ceremony rows, or about 80 for a seated dinner at the round tables. We deliver it, set it up level and tight, and take it down when your event is over. Delivery, setup, and teardown included anywhere within 50 miles of French Camp.
Reasonably level ground (grass, dirt, or pavement all work; anchoring differs)
About 25 by 45 feet of clear space, free of low wires and branches
Gate or path access for hand-carrying gear if a vehicle can't reach the spot
What we need from your site
Not sure if your yard fits? Send a photo with your quote request and I'll tell you before you spend a dollar.

Yes. The package is the best value, but tables-and-chairs-only rentals work too. Ask on the quote form.

Grass and dirt get staked. Concrete and pavers get weighted. We bring the right anchoring either way; you don't need to figure this out.

Our tent is a galvanized-steel-frame party tent with a 50 lb snow-load rating and wind vents in the roof. Like every tent in its class, it's a temporary structure, not a permanent building. Our rule, and it's in your rental agreement: once sustained winds reach 25 mph, we lower the sidewalls or take the tent down, and in severe weather the tent has to be cleared for safety. We stake on grass and dirt and weight on concrete, to spec, every time. If the forecast turns before your date, we call you and make a plan together.
